Mint Blair is our face at the desk, our voice on the phone, and our they/them with the aux cord since 2020. They’re accustomed to wearing a lot of hats — they’re a cabaret emcee / nightlife producer / experimental drag performer / D&D dungeon master / light & sound board operator / tarot reader / ambient noise musician — and they (somehow) put every single one of those hats to use at the front desk, keeping our schedules organized, our clients informed, and our vibes immaculate.

From firsthand experience, Mint understands that excellent haircare is often much less complex and daunting than it would initially seem, and they use their background in stage management and escape room design to curate a retail space that prioritizes client accessibility and education over all else.
